- Items ordered through the site will be shipped within 5 business days. We will not ship out any orders over the weekend, and will email tracking numbers once your order leaves the facility.
- Due to the nature of our body butters and creams, IDA Organics will utilize 2-day priority shipping to ensure that products arrive in their original state. All other products will be shipped utilizing first class mail.
Problems with Your Order
- If you have any problems with your order, such as order not received, or damaged in transit, please contact us so that we can make it right. 100% customer satisfaction is our goal, and we truly want to ensure that each customer truly enjoys their purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that may arise.
- Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are 100% natural and handmade, so they may tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color or texture for example).
- If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
- Our Policy on Refunds and Exchanges Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure you are happy with every purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] anytime you are unhappy with your order. In most cases, returns are processed back to your Paypal account, or we can exchange the product, for similar or lesser value.
- In rare cases, we will also accommodate refunds if the product is returned due to an allergic reaction or damage/defect. In order to receive a refund or request an exchange, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase. There must be 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify.
- If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required.
- Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to the shipping company. IDA Organics is not responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for returns and/or exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to IDA Organics.
